  • My baggage has been delayed, what are my rights and can EUclaim help?

    If your baggage is delayed, it is best to fill out a PIR form at the airport. This can be obtained from the lost and found office. We also advise you to contact your travel insurance company and the airline you flew with. You can find out how to do this here.

    EUclaim does not accept baggage claims.

  • Our flight is delayed, there is no communication at the airport, can we complain?

    You can always complain to the airline. But you can also make a claim for compensation for your lost time. Give us your flight details and we will check if you are eligible for compensation.
